Rebuilding Auto Clutch and Brake Parts

Background
This application involves a leading European remanufacturer who is refurbishing various clutch and brake components at a volume of several hundred per day.

Problem
Due to increasing environmental regulations in the UK, the current method of cleaning with a trichlorethylene tank had to be decommissioned and replaced with an aqueous system that would clean a high volume of stripped down brake and clutch components loaded with heavy grease.

Solution/System
A stainless steel F-5000-LX-P with the following: a 20 hp pump to insure complete removal of heavy grease, increased tank capacity, 36 kw heaters to retain high temperature, a rinse cycle to remove any detergent residue on parts, and a bag filter to prolong bath life.

This system has proved to great effect that water based BE Systems are the way forward to improving productivity output and environmental safety. We are finalizing the purchase of two more BE units for our manufacturing division currently under construction."
