This company is a leading manufacturer of motorcycles. They demand the very best from themselves and from their vendors.

Problem
They needed a machine to clean engine covers prior to “leak test”... the system had to wash and dry the parts 100% and the parts had to be conveyed to the leak check unit. Also, the conveyor had to have multiple sections so that parts could move forward even if a part reached the very end of the system.

Solution/System A C-14-S2/CD/DH conveyor washer with wash and dry modules and special air nozzles that blow-out difficult blind holes. The 14” conveyor belt going through the washer has plastic fixture bars. The return belts are all plastic.
