This company is a leading manufacturer of hardware used to hold, support, and tension high voltage utility lines. Their products include connectors, non-ceramic insulators, anchors, clamps, brackets, etc.

Problem
These products have to be super clean so that when installed, they will firmly hold wires that are under great tension. “Clean” parts have to pass a “pull test” using 1,000’s of pounds of pressure.

Solution/System
F-4000-PCS turntable parts washing system. Custom fixturing holds twelve (12) parts on each level for a total load capacity of 24 parts. Each fixture has a dedicated nozzle blowing into the bottom of the parts. For outside cleaning, the turntables rotate past stationary manifolds. The unit automatically sequences through wash, rinse and dry stages.
