Background
The customer is one of the leading car makers in the world. This particular plant manufactures engines.

Problem
To maintain quality, it is essential that tooling from their cutting and grinding machinery is kept in top shape. This customer has a department dedicated to tool inspection and repair. Cleaning is an important part of the process.

Solution / System
An F-5000LX-P-ZX jet washer. This stainless steel parts washer has a 50 " turntable and 60" of overall working height. This parts cleaning system offers a three(3)
stage wash/ rinse/ dry cycle. There is a 2nd tier basket for small parts and a variety of rubber coated fixtures and baskets to safely hold the tooling.
