Background
This company is the world leader in large gas compressors. These compressors pump natural gas down pipelines that are thousands of miles long.

Problem
The main pump bodies are huge castings that weigh up to 22,000 lbs...they wanted to stop washing these parts with a hand held pressure washer.

 

 

 

 

 

Solution / System
An enclosed jet washer with a 180" diameter turntable, 65" work height, and 30,000 lb load capacity. The cabinet door is powered open and closed with the push of a button. The roll-in door design minimizes the floor space requirement.
