Problem
The plant in question is located in Ecuador. At this plant, they have a huge overhaul center for repairing diesel engines, valves, etc... Some parts are 6 ft. x 6 ft. x 3 ft. and weigh 3,000 lbs. They were hand cleaning with solvents.
