Problem
The plant in question has a rebuilding center for repairing devices that reduce turbulence in a pipeline. The main element that needs to be cleaned is a perforated drum that has multiple layers with progressively smaller holes. It is very difficult to clean.

Solution / System An F-RD-4000 parts washer. The large drums are centered on the turntable and an ID spray manifold is inserted. The roll-in door is then closed and the cycle started. High impingement spray jets hit the ID and OD surfaces. This parts washer has a 40” diameter turntable, 5,000 lb. capacity and 75” working height.
