Background
The customer is a major rebuilder of jet engines. They work in conjunction with the leading jet engine manufacturers.
Problem
The customer needed to replace an older jet washer that could not achieve the required cleanliness levels. The major problem was rinse water contamination. The parts held a lot of wash water which overwhelmed the small rinse tank.

Solution / System
An F-RD-6000-PCS jet washer...
During the fully automatic cleaning cycle, the parts are washed, air knives blow-off most of the wash water, and then the parts are rinsed at a 150 GPM. This two (2) tank system has a 60" diameter turntable and 60" work height. |
