Background
This company makes a variety of components for autos and trucks including dip stick tubes which are the parts involved in this application. The customer needed to replace solvent tanks with a water-based system.

Problem
To clean tubing, inside and out, before the tubing is cut to size and after the tubing is cut to size. The tube lengths range from 6" long to 120 " long and the diameter is 0.375" to 1.625".

Solution/System
An F-6000LX-PCS turntable system with a fixture that automatically powers up and down to adapt to the various tube lengths. The top spray nozzles travel up and down with the fixture so the nozzles tips are always close to the tube openings. This unit has wash, rinse, and dry stages.
