Background
This company produces molded rubber products such as seals, couplings, bladders, etc. for a variety of industries including automotive, aircraft and food processing.

Problem
They needed a system that can wash off rubber flashing and then completely dry the parts prior to packaging. Their previous washer was rusting and unable to meet their cleanliness standards.

 

 

 

 

 

Solution / System A D-24-S2/DH drum washer with wash and rinse stages. The 24” diameter drum has a 3” high helix on a 12” pitch to tumble the parts through the system. The machine produces 20 cubic feet of clean, dry parts per hour.
