Background
This company is one of the leading manufacturers of water heaters. At their flagship plant, which supplies the western half of the US and South America, they needed to upgrade their cleaning systems.

Problem
The gas fired water heaters get a head/ flu assembly for the gas flame. This plant needed a washer that could clean the heads before they get welded to the flu pipe. The throughput requirement was 1,000 parts per hour.

Solution/System
A C-65-S10/ S4/ DH conveyor washer which has 65 " wide conveyor belt running at 12 FPM and three(3) stages (wash, rinse, and dry). The wash stage has a 2,000 g. tank and two(2) pumps for a total flow of 750 GPM. The dry module has two(2) 20 HP blowers.
