Problem
The division that manufacturers air conditioning compressors had a mandate to build new factories that employed the latest in work cell concepts and technology. Every machine had to be designed for “one part flow” and utilize an absolute minimum of floor space (especially front width).
Solution/System
Design after design was rejected… they needed something small… what emerged is Better Engineering’s RTO-1000, a return to operator system that has a maximum width of 36”. Here’s what the lead engineer said after runoff… "We have seen washers clean as well as your units but none has ever done a better job…and none of the other washers were anywhere near this small".
