Background
Per agreement with the customer, there is little detail we can give you about the company or the application.
Problem
The customer needed to get rid of their vapor degreaser for environmental reasons. However, they could not switch to a different cleaning process without first running extensive tests (tests which took months) to prove that their downstream processes would not be adversely affected. Another issue was space....the depth of the system had to be minimized.
 Solution
Build two (2) 3 month delays into the schedule to run tests and wait for the results.... first test validated the design...the second test validated the machine built. The system consisted of a Cyclojet 1 (parts had to be tumbled and immersed), three (3) solution tanks, air drying equipment, a mist collector, etc... The unique orientation of the machine elements kept the system depth to just 42".
