Background
Founded in 1946, this company is now known as the “disc brake specialist”. If you need a moving vehicle to stop, you will probably want a braking system from this company. They manufacture brakes for motorcycles, snowmobiles, construction equipment, mountain bikes, etc.
 Problem
The customer needed compact cleaning systems that would fit in their newly designed work cells. Though small, cleaning could not be compromised. The units would be used for final cleaning of their brake caliper housings prior to assembly.
Solution
A small, top loading turntable system with wash , rinse, and dry stages. The unit is only 36" wide. The brake calipers are placed on fixtures around the circumference of the turntable. Spray and dry nozzles are designed specifically for the parts.
System
T-2500 “Purifier” spray washing unit: 25” diameter turntable/18” working height, the loading edge is just 38” above the ground, all wetted parts including the seal-less pump are stainless steel.
