Return-to-Operator Parts Cleaning Systems

Better Engineering's Carousel cleaning units have a turntable which can be 50",60", 70" , or 80" in diameter depending on the application. For manual loading/unloading, a large section of the turntable is exposed in thefront. The operator simply grabs a clean part and replaces it with a dirty one. Indexing and total automation are optional.

This carousel system is used to clean transmission shafts in a work cell environment. A ring shaped fixture holds 30 shafts in a vertical orientation around the perimeter of the turntable. Every 20 seconds, two(2) clean/dry shafts move into the unload position to be picked-up by the operator.
