	C-14 Cyber-Jet Systems This line of machinery is designed around a 14" wide conveyor belt. The hallmark features include true modular construction for future expansion (there are 5 standard modules), hinged tops that lock in the open position, "all stainless" construction including the insulation panels, etc.

	C-24 Cyber-jet Systems The C-24 Cyber-jet line has a 24" wide conveyor belt. The principle features, of these parts washers, include true modular construction for future expansion (there are 6 standard modules), hinged access doors (C-14 style canopies are also offered), "all stainless" construction including the insulation panels, etc.

	C-36 and C-48 Cyber-jet Systems These conveyor washers have 36" wide and 48" wide conveyor belts, respectively. They have the same great features as the C-24 line. While 48" is the largest "standard" belt washer that Better Engineering offers, larger conveyorized washer systems are offered on a custom basis.

	Monorail Systems If you need a pass-through system with a monorail, or one that has both a monorail and a belt, Better Engineering is your best choice. In this class of machinery, Better Engineering will custom build a parts washer to your exact needs. Better Engineering can supply a complete monorail conveyor or simply the beam through the unit. The systems can also have spray and immersion stages.

	Miniaturized Conveyor Parts Washers Even if you need precision cleaning in a tiny work area, Better Engineering is up for the challenge. The C-6 shown in the adjacent picture is an example of what Better Engineering can design for you. This robotically loaded parts washing system has seven (7) cleaning stages and outputs a part every six (6) seconds. The parts move through 2 wash stages, 3 rinse stages, and 2 dry stages...all of this is done in a footprint of only 4 feetwide x 10 feet long!

	"U" Path Conveyor Systems To minimize system length, Better Engineering designs parts washers where the conveyor takes a U-turn inside the enclosure. Some of the stages are done along the return path. The system shown in the adjacent picture cleans "totes" as large as 18" width x 26" length x 16" height. This conveyor washer has wash, rinse, and dry stages and still only requires a footprint of 8 feet wide x 14 feet long.

	Indexing/High Pressure System The conveyorized parts washer shown in the adjacent picture automatically receives and outputs one(1) "plate" every 4 minutes...once the parts index to the next position, the doors close and the parts oscillate back and forth past the spray/dry manifolds...the wash module has a 75 HP pump to blast the parts at 3000 PSI.

	Tube Conveyor Parts Washer The unit shown in the adjacent picture cleans tubes as large as 60" long and up to 6" in diameter. The special conveyor rolls the tubes through the parts washing system for uniform cleaning and takes the tubes on a roller coaster ride through spray and immersion sections and tilts the tubes for drainage.

	Dryers and Ovens Better Engineering is expert at drying systems (both high velocity blow-off dryers and convection ovens) and often builds systems that are exclusively for drying. Since our systems generally recirculate up to 95% of the air, they are very efficient.
