Conveyor Belt System
This parts cleaning system washes off "flash" (rubber particles from a cryogenic process) from a variety of rubber parts and dries the molded pieces so they can go directly to packaging. This 2 stage, wash / dry unit has a "precision belt" that can handle parts as small as 3/16" dia. A cover above the belt prevents the rubber pieces from escaping as the spray jets and air knives tumble them around like popcorn.
