Monorail/Conveyor System

This three(3) stage....wash/ rinse/ dry.....monorail system runs 24/ 7, cleaning 1500 transmission cases per day. The cases exit the washer clean and dry and at less than 80 deg F which is important since the next process is CMM. The length of the system is only 28 ft. All wetted parts are stainless steel....features include gas heat for the holding tanks and dryer, and a mist collection system that requires no outside venting.
