Custom Cleaning Systems

This customized Orbital Block Washer cleans engine blocks prior to CMM (coordinate measuring machine). In fact, this system cleans and dries the blocks to a level never before achieved... the block is placed in a rotor which spins around a horizontal axis during the cleaning cycle... after a 7 minute cycle, the block is clean (less than 10 mg's of residual contaminant) and dry and exits the machine at room temperature.
