| Tumbler for 2,000 lb Load
This heavy duty tumbling system was designed for a diesel engine rebuilding facility that has over 500 employees. The unit holds a drum shaped fixture that measures 60" long by 30" dia and holds up to 2,000 lbs of parts. The drum rotates on a horizontal axis... some of the parts tumble in sub-compartments while others are locked-in. A 75 HP pump feeds spray jets which cummulatively output 200 GPM at 165 PSI. After the parts are clean and dry, the entire drum is lifted out and moved to a shot-peening system.
This cleaning system has a 10 HP centrifugal blower for drying and an automatic sludge conveyor to keep the holding tank clean.
