Customer Service Representative

Better Engineering is searching for an ambitious individual to join our Customer Service Department! Our company culture helps motivate individuals to reach their fullest potential, as well as support one another as a cohesive team to meet or exceed customer expectations. Daily requirements consist of: customer technical phone support, order entry for replacement and spare parts, and return authorization processing. Knowledge of a CRM or ERP software required, and the desire to become technically proficient with company manufactured products and BOM necessary. On the job training provided.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Industrial or commercial customer service experience required
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Position contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening
