The ImmersoSonic S-22 is a compact industrial ultrasonic parts washer designed for precision immersion cleaning of small to medium components. Built around a 22″ × 14″ powered agitation platform with an immersion depth up to 14’’, the S-22 combines heated immersion, platform oscillation, and optional 40 kHz ultrasonic cleaning to remove contamination from complex parts, blind holes, threads, recesses, and internal passages.

As part of Better Engineering’s modular ImmersoSonic line, the S-22 can be configured as a standalone ultrasonic cleaning system or expanded into a multi-stage wash, rinse, and drying process. Systems can also be integrated with automation options such as tank-to-tank basket indexing, walking beam transfer, overhead gantry systems, robotic loading and unloading, basket rotation, and powered conveyors.

Each system is engineered around your parts, soils, cleanliness requirements, production volume, and available floor space, giving you a compact, flexible cleaning solution that can grow with your process.

For applications that require deeper cleaning, optional ultrasonic technology adds high-frequency cavitation to the immersion stage. This cavitation action helps remove fine soils from internal features, threads, small recesses, and other difficult-to-access surfaces that spray-only cleaning may miss.

Optional particulate filtration, oil skimming, and oil sweeping systems help manage contamination in the bath and reduce the risk of soils redepositing onto cleaned parts.
