CYBERJET SAN SANITIZING TUNNEL WASHERS

Take cleaning and sanitization out of the manual process in high-production environments. Cyberjet SAN sanitizing tunnel washers automate washing, rinsing, sanitizing, blow-off, and drying in a continuous system engineered for hygienic production flow.

Designed for facilities that need to process large volumes of reusable items, these sanitary tunnel washers help reduce manual labor, improve throughput, and deliver repeatable cleaning performance for food, pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and other hygiene-critical operations.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN CLEAN

In food, pharmaceutical, and other sanitation-critical environments, removing visible soil is only part of the process. Equipment and reusable production items must move through a controlled cleaning and sanitizing process that reduces cross-contamination risk while supporting repeatable sanitation procedures.

Cyberjet SAN sanitizing conveyor washers automate that process with configurable wash, rinse, sanitize, blow-off, and drying stages. Sanitary stainless steel construction, sloped chamber and tank floors, accessible process zones, vertical access doors, and protection against solution carryover reflect the realities of hygienic production.

The vertical doors provide wide-open access to the conveyor path, spray manifolds, nozzles, tanks, and internal process areas, making it easier for operators and maintenance teams to inspect, clean, service, and maintain the washer. Sanitization can be achieved using heat, chemistry, or a process engineered around the facility’s specific sanitation requirements.

SANITIZING TUNNEL WASHER FAQS

A sanitizing tunnel washer moves items continuously through an enclosed conveyor system containing a configurable sequence of process stages. Depending on the application, these can include recirculating wash, rinse, thermal or chemical sanitization, fresh rinse, blow-off, and heated drying. The process is engineered around the items being cleaned, soil load, required sanitation level, throughput, and facility requirements.

A sanitizing tunnel washer is engineered specifically for sanitation-critical environments. Beyond cleaning performance, the system design considers hygienic construction, drainage, equipment access, process separation, sanitization, and the ability to monitor or document critical process parameters.

Yes. Sanitization can be configured using thermal methods, chemical sanitizers, or application-required processes. The appropriate approach depends on the items being processed, required sanitation level, facility utilities, chemistry, temperature requirements, and validation procedures.

Cyberjet SAN systems can be configured with PLC/HMI controls, automated chemical dosing, temperature monitoring, data acquisition, and process documentation. These capabilities can help facilities support sanitation verification and validation programs by providing greater control and visibility into critical cleaning and sanitizing parameters.
