FLEXIBLE BATCH CLEANING. BUILT FOR HYGIENIC PRODUCTION.

Not every sanitation process requires a large rack washer or continuous tunnel washer. For facilities that need to clean different load sizes, part types, or production equipment between batches, a hygienic cabinet washer provides a compact, flexible way to automate cleaning and sanitization without taking up unnecessary floor space.

These systems can be designed with roll-in doors for easier loading and unloading of trays, pans, containers, product-contact equipment, filling equipment, change parts, and removable components. Once loaded onto the turntable, parts are exposed to controlled spray impingement, temperature, chemistry, and cycle time to remove food residue, allergens, oils, debris, and other production soils.

Wash, rinse, chemical or thermal sanitization, blow-off, and drying can be configured around the application, while hygienic construction and self-cleaning capabilities help prepare the washer for the next batch.

STANDARD MODELS AT A GLANCE

The hygienic design of the sanitary cabinet parts washer extends beyond the cleaning cycle itself. Standard construction simplifies equipment sanitation, drainage, and inspection, while optional features let you configure the system for more demanding cleaning and validation requirements.

HYGIENIC CABINET WASHER FAQS

Yes. Tunnel washer, conveyor washer, continuous parts washer, and pass-through washer all describe the same equipment: parts move on a conveyor through an enclosed wash, rinse, and dry tunnel in one continuous pass.

Start with your widest part plus clearance on each side. Belt width drives pump size, tank volume, and heat output, so it’s the first spec to settle before choosing between the C-14, C-24, C-36, C-48, or a custom system.

Yes. Send your parts to our Test Center in Towson, Maryland, and we’ll run them through at no charge, then send you a written report validating the cleaning process against your specification.

Yes. All standard Cyberjet models support robotic load/unload integration and return-to-operator conveyance, in addition to manual and direct in-line feeding.

STILL CLEANING EQUIPMENT BY HAND?

Load size, soil type, sanitation requirements, product changeovers, throughput, and validation needs all influence the right cleaning process. Send us your parts or production equipment and we’ll help determine the spray process, cycle stages, controls, and cabinet configuration required for your application.
