FLEXIBLE BATCH CLEANING. BUILT FOR HYGIENIC PRODUCTION.

Not every sanitation process requires a large rack washer or continuous tunnel washer. For facilities that need to clean different load sizes, part types, or production equipment between batches, a hygienic cabinet washer provides a compact, flexible way to automate cleaning and sanitization without taking up unnecessary floor space.

These systems can be designed with roll-in doors for easier loading and unloading of trays, pans, containers, product-contact equipment, filling equipment, change parts, and removable components. Once loaded onto the turntable, parts are exposed to controlled spray impingement, temperature, chemistry, and cycle time to remove food residue, allergens, oils, debris, and other production soils.

Wash, rinse, chemical or thermal sanitization, blow-off, and drying can be configured around the application, while hygienic construction and self-cleaning capabilities help prepare the washer for the next batch.

Features AT A GLANCE

The hygienic design of the sanitary cabinet parts washer extends beyond the cleaning cycle itself. Standard construction simplifies equipment sanitation, drainage, and inspection, while optional features let you configure the system for more demanding cleaning and validation requirements.

FEATURE STANDARD/OPTIONAL WHY IT MATTERS
Continuous Internal Welds
Standard
Helps reduce seams and areas where soils or moisture can collect
Sloped & Drainable Surfaces
Standard
Promotes drainage and reduces standing water inside the system
Fresh-Water Rinse/Sanitizing
Optional
Adds a controlled rinse stage using fresh water rather than recirculated wash solution
Process Monitoring & Data Acquisition
Optional
Provides greater visibility into critical cycle parameters and supports documentation requirements

HYGIENIC CABINET WASHER FAQS

A cabinet washer is a batch-style cleaning system that uses a rotating turntable and controlled spray impingement to clean exposed surfaces throughout the cycle. Parts or production equipment are loaded onto the turntable, the door is closed, and the programmed cycle automatically performs the required washing, rinsing, sanitizing, blow-off, and optional drying stages.

A hygienic cabinet washer is designed specifically for sanitation-critical production environments. Available features include stainless steel wetted surfaces, continuous internal TIG welds, rounded internal corners where possible, open sanitary architecture, self-cleaning functionality, chemical or thermal sanitization, automated chemical dosing, and process monitoring. These features help simplify sanitation and reduce opportunities for soil accumulation and cross-contamination.

Yes. Systems can be configured to recirculate wash or rinse solution for efficiency or discharge solution to drain after a cycle. Single-cycle operation can be useful when allergen control, product changeover, or cross-contamination risk requires fresh solution between batches.

Yes. A sanitary turntable washer can be configured with PLC/HMI controls, automated chemical dosing, process monitoring, data acquisition, and documentation capabilities. Depending on the application, these systems can support sanitation and validation programs involving ATP verification, TOC testing, riboflavin coverage testing, and IQ/OQ protocols.

Yes. A pharmaceutical parts washer configuration can be engineered for change parts, product-contact equipment, production containers, manufacturing fixtures, and removable machine components. Process stages, chemistry, sanitization, controls, and documentation can be configured around the facility’s cleaning and validation requirements.
