The system features a 40-inch diameter rotating turntable and custom fixturing capable of holding sixteen M-4 rifles in an open-breach position, sixteen 9mm pistols, and multiple baskets for smaller components. Plastic contact points on the fixture protect firearm surfaces while securing each item during cleaning. Once the fixtures are loaded, the operator closes the wrap-around door and initiates the cycle, allowing the system to perform a heated wash followed by a fresh rinse stage. Integrated filtration, including a sloped tank floor, sludge trap, and oil skimmer, helps maintain cleaning solution quality and supports a zero-discharge process.

The automated system significantly streamlined the firearm cleaning process by allowing multiple weapon types and small components to be cleaned simultaneously within a single batch.
