  • Integrated a heated, recirculated wash stage (S5) operating up to 180°F, powered by a 10 HP pump delivering approximately 200 GPM at 60 PSI for aggressive residue removal
  • Designed a dual-lane configuration to process bins and lids simultaneously, ensuring proper alignment and full spray coverage for both components
  • Included an optional heated drying stage (DH) reaching up to 250°F, allowing bins and lids to exit clean, dry, and ready for immediate reuse
  • Constructed wetted components from 304 stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with sanitary applications
  • Built a modular, expandable system to support future capacity increases and simplify installation
