Description

Foam can build up in aqueous systems from detergent action, soil load, agitation, or water quality. DFS-211 corrects foam fast, helping protect wash pressure and cleaning consistency.

Foam Control for Aqueous Parts Washers

Excessive foam can interfere with spray pressure, pump performance, filtration, and overall cleaning effectiveness. DFS-211 is a liquid defoamer designed to supplement existing detergent chemistry, correcting foam without altering the cleaning performance of the primary detergent.

Multi-Metal Safe Chemistry

DFS-211 is compatible with aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, iron, steel, and composites, as well as most precious metals, plastics, and rubbers, making it safe to use across mixed-part production environments.

Built to Supplement, Not Replace

DFS-211 is not a standalone detergent. It is added to existing wash solution to correct foam, working alongside primary cleaning chemistry such as PDN-50 or HDL-125 rather than replacing it.

Best-Fit Applications

ApplicationWhy It Fits
High-foam wash solutionsCorrects foam quickly without disrupting cleaning performance
